Hello! I'm Luci, Creative Director of The Sunday Society. I've been a Brand Designer & Launch Strategist Specialising in Web Design, Funnel Building & Personal Brands now for nearly 8 years.
I started out as a Creative VA in Feb 2016 and by July 2017, found my calling in higher-level strategy and design, and scaled my income to 6-figures while doing so. In 2020, I launched my first programme which became my signature course: The Creative VA Blueprint, teaching others how to build successful creative service-based businesses. Once the first intake graduated, they were asking for more advanced resources, and so for the past 3 years I've been creating high-level trainings for both new and established creative business owners to start, scale and slay in their entrepreneurial journey. I've since gone on to run 7 live rounds of CVAB, and ran Clubhouse for 3 years alongside it for CVAB graduates.
You may be wondering why the heck I've decided to practically give away well over $1,500 worth of high-level courses and trainings in a $9/mth membership, and you'd be right to think that a bit unhinged 😅 The entire reason I started creating educational content during the pandemic was because all I could see around me were people trying so hard, with every good intention they could muster, but not knowing where to look to get the *right* guidance and support, that cared about their member's progress above a payday.
The truth is, large scale launches are energy intensive and hella expensive. On average, I spend around $4,000 on Meta ads for each new launch round of CVAB, not to mention outsourcing launch specific team members, mentorship and the additional tech tools that go into live launches.
At the end of the day, if the content isn't out there actively helping people, I've not achieved what I set out to do. And the reality is that for a lot of people in the current state of the world, a live round course with all the bells and whistles, live calls and bonuses isn't an accessible price point even with a payment plan.
I realised I would rather see lives and businesses transformed with experiencing the content and incredible community, than to see a short, sharp profit and subsequent burnout that comes a few times a year from seasonal launches.
